Looking for a little lip hydration? 💦👄 As we age our lips lose volume and hydration. Fillers containing hyaluronic acid help to restore volume and moisture. 💋

This beautiful lady had a 0.5ml top up of dermal filler making the volume and colour of her lips pop. Treatment time is around 20 minutes and swelling and bruising is seen straight after which is expected to settle over 3-5 days. For more information or to book head over to drnora.com

Thank you to everyone for coming to my talk this morning at the @nonsurgical_symposium in Sydney. It was an honour to present amongst some of the world’s finest cosmetic doctors.

In case you missed it, my talk was on the use of Artificial Intelligence for Aesthetic Photography. From all the feedback, it is apparent that generating accurate before and after photos is a common pain point in the world of cosmetics.

So once again thank you for all the questions, feedback and compliments.

How do you keep warm? 🧤🧣 Winter is coming and although the cooler temperatures are welcome for most, certain medical conditions worsen such as Asthma.

The cold or damp air can enter airways causing them to spasm leading to coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest.

Symptoms can be avoided by taking the correct medication and getting an Asthma Action Plan from your GP and of course keeping warm like this fluffy kitty. 🐱

Carrying a food baby like our friend Shrek?

Did you know that almost 2 in 3 Australians are overweight or obese. Having a large waistline increases your risk of heart disease which is currently the leading cause of death in Australia. Men should aim for a waistline of under 37 inches and women under 31.5 inches.

Making changes to reduce your waist can be simple and easy. Start by picking up the pace when you’re shopping for groceries or switch your midday donut for a healthy apple and ditch the weekly takeaway for a monthly treat.

Let’s change the statistics and beat obesity together. 💪
