It’s a pleasure to be presenting how I have improved my patient satisfaction for cosmetic patients with the use of Treatment Pad at the Cosmetic Physicians College of Australasia’s conference on 6th June.
With the event going virtual this year, there’s all the more reason to tune in and listen to some great talks.
For more information on Treatment Pad and to try it for yourself, head over to treatmentpad.com.
Today I am prescribing you all a healthy dose of positive energy.
If you’re faced with a mountain of work, break it down into smaller manageable sections and give yourself an allocated time for each part. If you’re in the midst of a dark cloud celebrate how far you’ve come and how much you’ll achieve once you’re on the other side. If you’re feeling like you need another weekend already, the next one is just around the corner.
When we surround ourselves with positive energy our negative thoughts fade away and what we thought we couldn’t achieve becomes achievable.
So stand, or sit, tall with me and say “I’ve got this”. 💪
Having a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables on your plate is essential for a healthy diet. I personally love pumpkins, they are versatile and are packed with vitamins A and E and is a great source of potassium amongst other nutrients. Best of all it’s low in calories but remains quite filling.
Protein, found in eggs, poultry or fish is essential for muscle strength and helps to boost metabolism.
Wy not try adding some colour to your plate today.
Whether you’re off to space or just going to the supermarket, are you up to date with your health? Getting a simple check up of your blood pressure and heart can help to diagnose and treat heart disease, which is one of Australia’s largest health problems.
To reduce your risk of heart disease be sure to live an active and healthy lifestyle, which includes physical exercise, on the recommendation of your doctor, having a balanced and healthy diet and maintaining a healthy weight.
