Who needs a surgical face lift when you’ve got fillers?
This lovely lady has started her facial transformation journey with the aid of dermal fillers and the results are on point 👌
Here I’ve injected filler along the jaw line to bring definition back and lift the lower face, which is an incredible result despite using a baby dose of 0.5ml on each side!
I always encourage my patients to take slow and steady steps when it comes to cosmetic injectables as it’s much easier to add filler than to remove it!

in today’s episode I’ll be talking you through and demonstrating the non surgical nose job, where fillers are strategically placed along the nose to help straighten out any hooks or bumps.
First up let’s talk about noses, whether you’ve got a stubby nose or a hooked nose let’s face it noses come in all shapes and sizes.
Traditionally to alter the shape your nose, you’d require a surgical procedure commonly known as a rhinoplasty. This requires one or several incisions under general anaesthetic, and a recovery period of up to 2 weeks with the aid of a nasal cast.
Did you know that you can actually dissolve chin fat permanently with just a few injections? 🤔
Whether it’s a double chin from weight gain or weight loss, or even if it’s genetic in nature. You can actually get targetted fat dissolving injections.
Treatment times take about 15 minutes and you will need at least 2 treatments six weeks apart.
So it will take about 12 weeks for you to fully see the effect, but that’s why they call it stubborn fat.
Be sure to stay tuned because I can’t wait to show you the before and after pictures.
Volunteering.. it’s free, it’s fun and it’s fulfilling!
One of the proudest moments I’ve had this year was when I was a volunteer doctor for the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. It allowed me to meet new people and engage with different cultures as well as provide a beneficial service.
We’re so lucky, in Queensland there are some great initiatives out there that are desperately in need of volunteers. From being a Bunnings BBQ volunteer, to Christmas gift wrapper for the Leukaemia Foundation, to volunteering for the Cerebral Palsy League’s upcoming show, there’s plenty out there!
