MY FIRST TIME
As a novice, it was clear to see it is a great way to keep in shape and have fun at the same time. Pole fitness is suitable for any size or shape and often there is a lovely community and supportive feeling associated with classes. It combines dance and acrobatics and is enjoyed by many enthusiasts in gyms and dedicated dance studios. It is also being considered as an Olympic sport.
