In 2022 we spent on average 2 hours on social media each day. Whilst this is a great platform for getting inspiration and communicating with loved ones, it’s also having a detrimental affect on our mental health.
Research has shown that social media can impact our self esteem, affect our sleep, change our human interaction and make us unhappy.
So next time you feel like checking Facebook, Instagram or Tinder, pause and take a look out the window, there’s a whole world out there to be discovered.
Photo and Video Shoots for GPs | Behind the Scenes
I wanted to share with you one of the biggest differences I’ve found working here in Australia vs the UK, and that is how many photo shoots and media days we do. It almost feels as if every other month we’re doing some sort of promotional activity.
In this video I am joined by the talented @jake_bass to help shoot a short commercial in under an hour.
So for all your aspiring doctors out there or patients who might be intrigued as to what goes on sometimes during lunch break.
Stay tuned for the final edit coming soon.
