In 2022 we spent on average 2 hours on social media each day. Whilst this is a great platform for getting inspiration and communicating with loved ones, it’s also having a detrimental affect on our mental health.

So next time you feel like checking Facebook, Instagram or Tinder, pause and take a look out the window, there’s a whole world out there to be discovered.
