Charging through to the weekend 🏎️

Whether you’re having a quiet one, or braving the Black Friday sales you might be tempted to pick up a drink or two.

But wait 🚫 before you grab that glass, did you know that Australian’s are drinking more than they were last year. Long term use of excess alcohol can cause a multitude of health risks, ranging from high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, weakened immune system, memory problems and mental health issues just to name a few.

It is recommended that healthy men and women drink no more than 10 standard drinks a week and no more than 4 in one day.

So maybe switch that glass to a juice instead or perhaps an alcohol free alternative.

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Take care and stay healthy 😘
