Today I’m at the Australasian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Anatomical Dissection Workshop getting hands on demonstrations of where injections can be performed safely and where they should be avoided helping to keep you all in safe hands.

How do you keep warm? 🧤🧣 Winter is coming and although the cooler temperatures are welcome for most, certain medical conditions worsen such as Asthma.
The cold or damp air can enter airways causing them to spasm leading to coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath and tightness in the chest.
Symptoms can be avoided by taking the correct medication and getting an Asthma Action Plan from your GP and of course keeping warm like this fluffy kitty. 🐱
