In this episode we take a listen to the female heart before, during and after exercise with no added commentary.
As you’ll notice, listening to the heart at rest, the beats are crisp and clear. During and after exercise, you may hear some lung sounds which can alter the clarity of the heart beat sound. Listen to how the heart relaxes to its resting state after exercise and the heart beat becomes clearer again - truly beautiful.

On an average day we take over 20,000 breaths. If you’re a smoker, a proportion of those breaths will be filled with toxic chemicals such as nicotine, ammonia, formaldehye and carbon monoxide, chemicals which sound like they belong in a science experiment not your body.
This week I’m encouraging you to reduce your cigarette consumption and see for yourself what difference it’ll make to your lungs and energy. The more oxygen your body is able to take in, the more energy you’ll have and the healthier you’ll be.

Had a great time teaching this weekend’s delegates at Derma Medical’s foundation and advanced course in Melbourne.
We covered the top 18 cosmetic injectable procedures from anti-wrinkle treatment of the face, to cheek and lip fillers to treating hyperhidrosis (excess underarm sweating). It was a pleasure teaching delegates of different medical backgrounds and working alongside the incredible team.👌 I wish the delegates the very best of luck in your future cosmetic careers.
