Are you in charge?

Whether you’re driving a car or a boat we always need to be aware of our surroundings. The same applies for our health, there are lots of temptations around us that may lead us to make unhealthy choices. Once you can identify these, you can avoid them and progress on your health journey.

What unhealthy choices have you recently navigated away from?

Take care and stay healthy 😘

If you’re headed over to the Sanctuary Cove Boat Show this weekend make sure you slop on plenty of sunscreen because even if you think you’ll only stay a short while, trust me, you won’t.

Take care and stay healthy 😘
