We can all struggle with finding motivation to do things, whether it’s finishing off that DIY project, or staying focused to your goals to achieve a milestone.
Maintaining your motivation can be easy. Try to have a vision board of what you would like to achieve in a period of time. Or you may choose to have a list instead and tick off boxes once a task is complete.
At the end of each task, assign yourself a mini reward, that way you’ll associate completing a task with a positive behaviour making you more motivated.
It’s so tempting to fall into the same routine week in week out without setting yourself challenges or goals. This can often make us feel underwhelmed and unmotivated to push ourselves to success.
Try writing yourself a short list of things you’d like to achieve by the end of the week. It’ll give you objectives and purpose and so by the time it reaches Friday, you’ll be able to look back and celebrate how much you’ve done.
