Yawning, heavy eyes, fuzzy vision and day dreaming are all warning signs of tiredness. ⚠️
Dinking coffee, opening the windows or turning up the radio are all temporary fixes. If you’re on a long journey and you feel tired stop. Take a break. Sleep.
Unless you use it in a positive manner. It’s very easy to dwell on past experiences and ruminate about what could have or should have been done. It’s so easy to fall into a downward spiral of negativity which can often be hard to break. This week I challenge you to make a note of one positive thing that you’ve achieved or have done. One of my favourite ways of relaxing is visiting the sea. Each time I go to the beach I always take 10 deep breaths. Not only does it allow me to fully expand my lungs with oxygen and the other great elements that sea air has to offer such as iodine and magnesium, but it also allows me to relax and unwind.
We’re so lucky to have such great amenities in Australia, so when you’re at the beach next time, why not give it a try.
