Sydney here I come ✈️ Excited and privelaged to be invited as a visiting trainer to launch the brand new @dermamedicalaustralia non-injectables training academy in Sydney.

With a beautiful backdrop of the Sydney Opera House delegates will be taught the most popular cosmetic injectables procedures including dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.

Looking forward to meeting all of the delegates and working alongside the fantastic team. 💪🏻 If you are interested in learning cosmetic injectables or would like to have a procedure done yourself, please pop by and see me in clinic.

Take care and stay healthy 😘

Even Dr Nora needs a good dentist to help keep her pearly whites healthy, so you should too 😬

It’s dental health week and dentists recommend brushing your teeth for least two minutes in the morning and night using a soft bristled brush with a flexible neck.

It’s really important not to press too hard on your teeth as this can damage your gums and the coating around your teeth, otherwise known as enamel.

But did you know you should also be brushing your tongue? This helps to reduce the number of bacteria in the mouth and helps to keep the breath fresh.

And don’t forget to floss as this removes plaque from between your teeth helping to prevent gum disease.

65% of Australians haven’t seen the dentist in the last two years, don’t be part of the statistic and book your check up today, I’ve already had mine!

For more advice or if you have any concerns pop by and see me in clinic.

Take care and stay healthy x
