🇳🇿 Happy Australia Day 🇳🇿 Whether you’re on the beach or going for a mountain hike this long weekend, remember, temperatures are soaring so keep hydrated.💦 It’s recommended that men drink 10 cups of fluid a day and women to drink 8, but if you’re exercising or sweating a lot you’ll need more.
Give your lips some drama this Australia Day 💋🇦🇺 This beauty’s pout has had a dramatic makeover with two millilitres of dermal filler over consecutive treatments and the results are bold and beautiful 👄

Welcome to the future, low level light therapy to help rejuvenate the skin? 🧐
Stay tuned for the treatment video where I try out low-level light therapy on my face. In case you don’t know, this is the therapeutic use of light to the surface of the skin to help cellular function, reduce active acne and promote skin rejuvenation. There is no downtime and typically 4-6 treatments are recommended for best results.
It’s also a great complementary treatment to injectables. 💉
I can’t wait to share with you how I got on and whether it’s worth all the fuss.
Thanks to the lovely nurse @moanaford for the treatment 😘

What’s your skin care goal for 2019? 💃🏼 Mine is finally trying out microdermabrasion. In case you don’t know, it’s a non-invasive treatment that gently exfoliates to smooth, brighten, and rejuvenate skin. It achieves this by using a device which removes the outer layer of dead skin cells. There is no downtime and typically 4-6 treatments are recommended for best results.
It’s also a great complementary treatment to injectables. 💉
I can’t wait to share with you how I got on with my very first microdermabrasion treatment and whether it’s worth all the fuss. 🧐
