In today’s episode, we rejoin our beautiful model for anti-wrinkle injections to the upper face.
Our model wished to maintain movement of her upper face and so I’ve opted to use baby doses of anti-wrinkle to achieve a soft natural look.
TREATMENT
As you can see treatment time is fairly quick with initial inflammation post procedure expected to resolve after 10-15 minutes. Changes are expected to be seen around 3-5 days with optimal results at 2 weeks lasting 3-5 months in duration.

Turn that smile from upside down with some dermal filler carefully placed along the vertical lines beside the lips to create an upward smile. This beauty’s face looks fresher and happier.
With results from the filler seen immediately it’s no wonder that this is so popular. Treatment time is 20-30 minutes with no down time. Inflammation settles after a few days with optimal results seen at 1 week. You can expect treatment to last up to 9-12 months.

Earlier this year I attended the Australasians Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Anatomical Dissection in Sydney where cosmetic practitioners get hands-on live demonstrations of the use of fillers on cadavers and learn about facial anatomy. The course is spread over one day and consists of practical and theoretical knowledge. It costs around $1500. Is it worth it? Well watch on to find out.
I’ll also give you a run down of the hottest cosmetic trends of this year and some interesting pointers on why men become more attractive with age and unfortunately why women don’t.
Also discussing the use of tear trough fillers and what makes a good candidate and talk what happens when fillers need to be dissolved.

Being a non-surgical injectables trainer puts me in a privileged position to seriously advocate the risks involved and the safest methods of injecting.
I spent this weekend teaching doctors, nurses and dentists the importance of safe injecting techniques whilst performing cosmetic injectables. We covered how to avoid possible complications and how to deal with them in clinical practice should they occur, keeping you all in safe hands.
Helping to contribute to a new generation of safe cosmetic injectable physicians.
It’s always a pleasure working alongside the fantastic team @dermamedical and I wish the delegates the very best of luck for their future cosmetic careers.
