This was the first time I’ve got on a horse, partly due to fear of the height, but once I overcame that fear, it was a truly beautiful and magical experience. Something that I would definitely do again.

So whether you’ve been putting off writing a novel, taking a photography course or becoming a Masterchef, don’t let fear step in your way.

5 Minute Full Body Workout at the Beach for Beginners 💪

Get up off your sofa and join me in this short, fun workout by the beach.

By exercising for 30 minutes 5 times a week you are at a decreased risk of developing heart disease, diabetes and so much more.

On the backdrop of the beautiful Whitehaven Beach, together we get our hearts pumping with some stretches, jogging, star jumps and upper body twists. You can repeat these exercises as many times as you like and by the end you’ll be feeling refreshed and energetic.

“Doc, how do I loose weight? 🤔” Is a question I hear all the time.

With summer just around the corner it’s time to get into shape.

From the Atkins diet to the South Beach diet, there are loads of ways to loose weight.

Many of these diets often cause a quick reduction in weight due to the loss of fluid in the body, rather than fat. The best and safest way to loose weight is with traditional exercise and eating healthy balanced meals.

Exercise can be fun and it’s suggested that you do at least 30 minutes of activity 5 times in a week to get your heart pumping. That could be anything from a brisk walk to kick boxing!
