Whether we aspire to hold a kingdom or seek adventure and thrills in life, we all have choices that contribute to how our lives pan out.
By realising the power of decision making we can sculpt our outlook, making us more organised and goal orientated. As an example, earlier this year I chose to work on my passion of delivering educational and interesting videos to a wider community on YouTube. I set aside one day a week for filming and editing and have managed to grow my channel 6 fold with viewers from around the world. Although our choices in life may take perseverance and hard work, it’s important not to give up. 💪
As the year is fast approaching its end, it’s time to think about goals and ambitions for 2020.
My top tip for succeeding in achieving those goals is to choose something that is realistic. Very often we challenge ourselves too high and when we are unable to reach that expectation we get less motivated and give up. So instead, break down your goal into manageable chunks to achieve over a period of time.
One of my goals for 2020 is to learn a new piece on the piano. I’ll aim to practice once every 2 weeks and hopefully by the time 2020 is over I’ll have new performance for you. 🎹
For me, being able to inspire others to pursue their dreams and give them hope and confidence in their abilities is such a motivational and gratifying feeling.
Being a non surgical trainer, I’m in a privileged position to empower others to succeed whilst giving guidance on safe injecting techniques. Helping to contribute to a new generation of safe cosmetic injectable physicians.
