With the weather looking brighter and the days getting longer, what better way to use the weekend than by catching up with friends in the outdoors. Two thirds of us spend, on average, 100 minutes on social media every day. 🤳👩💻 So this weekend, I’m prescribing your eyes a rest from your cell phones and computers and urging you to get outdoors and observe the natural beauty that surrounds us.
Looking forward to treating the good people of Whitsundays this week.
There hasn’t been a female doctor at this practice before so if you’ve been putting off your smear test or you’re after advice on family planning, a skin check or even cosmetic injectables, now’s your chance to book in.
Every day horror stories are published in the news about botched lips following dodgy lip filler procedures. Common themes tend to be inexperienced injectors and not understanding facial anatomy.
Other than being an art form, cosmetic injectables are also a science. The face carries a number of important vessels, which, if injected with filler can cause complications such as skin tissue death. This can be avoided by choosing an injector who understands where all of these vessels lie, how deep to inject the product and how to deal with such complications if they happen. And of course how to keep those lips looking gorgeous at the same time.💋 So if you’re thinking about having fillers this weekend, I’m encouraging you all to do your due diligence and research a fully qualified trained cosmetic practitioner to keep your lips as happy, healthy and sexy as these ones. 👄
Research has shown that cuddling can ease stress, increase happiness, strengthen relationships and may even help you sleep. 💤
So this weekend I’m prescribing you all to get out there and have a cuddle 🐥
WARNING: If you’re planning to get pregnant or already are, always keep safe and avoid changing cat litter and wash your hands with soap and water afterwards.
One of the most rewarding aspects of being a non-surgical injectables trainer is being in a position where I can seriously advocate the risks involved and the safest methods of injecting. Helping to contribute to a new generation of safe cosmetic injectable physicians.
This weekend I’m headed to Melbourne to work along side a fantastic team teaching doctors, dentists and nurses safe cosmetic injectables.
