Cloud over your head?
Instead of dwelling over negative feelings, allow yourself to connect with them, accept them, experience them, and then let them go.
And if you find yourself struggling, a problem shared is a problem halved, so be sure to reach out for help if needed.
Wishing you all a happy new year with many successes and good health.

It’s not just a prescription 👩⚕️
As a general practitioner, a lot of thought and processing goes on behind formulating a management plan and diagnosis. Sometimes, this can take a few visits until an end goal is reached. This groundwork, I believe, is a vital part of the job to provide you with the most comprehensive medical care and if needed, to give you that script.

Patients, are you listening?
Hear the sound of sneezing
A cough and a sniffle,
Throat with a tickle
We don’t want a Christmas lockdown
Wash your hands, keep your distance
Stay home if you’re sick
Wear your mask if needed
But please please please don’t spread your germs
Patient’s are you listening?
Bump elbows when greeting
Sanitise hands
Stick to the plan
We don’t want a Christmas lockdown
Wash your hands, keep your distance
Stay home if you’re sick
Wear your mask if needed
But please please please don’t spread your germs
Patient’s, are you listening?
Stay safe this season
What a beautiful sight to see with no sickness
We don’t want a Christmas lockdown
