We may be coming into winter but that doesn’t mean you should stop looking after your skin.
In fact during these cooler climates it’s important to pay more attention to your skin as it may dry and crack. Regularly moisturise to keep your skin supple and hydrated and don’t forget the sun block for days when the UV index is 3 or higher. And of course, great skin comes from within so make sure you keep yourself well hydrated with plenty of water.
