Koalas share exactly the same fingerprints as humans. However, what we don’t have in common is how we keep hydrated. Our adorable friends keep themselves hydrated by eating a lot of eucalyptus leaves and as humans we rely on a number of other sources.
So, as the weather heats up don’t forget to keep a water bottle with you and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Severe Heat Warning ☀🔥☀ After the past week of intense flooding and rain, the skies are opening up to give us Queenslanders a hot end to summer. Temperatures are set to soar and the UV index will be hitting up to 14, so it’s time to get sun smart.
Be sure to slip on sun protective clothing, slop on sunblock spf 30+, slap on a broad brimmed hat, seek shade and slide on wrap around glasses.
And remember to stay out of the sun during peak times from 10am to 3pm to reduce your risk of sun exposure and skin cancer in the future.

Happy Heatwave UK: How to Get Ready for the HOT Weather 💖
Happy spring to all my UK friends who are about to have a long heatwave 🌞🇬🇧😎
Enjoy the beautiful weather and remember to stay sun safe. Use sun cream regularly (at least spf30) and avoid basking in the sun for long periods of time between 10am - 3pm when the sun is the strongest.
Make sure you keep yourself fully hydrated this coming week as temperatures are expected to rise to 30C 🌞
Protect yourself from the sun at all times by making sure you keep out of the sun from 11am - 3pm ⛱, wear loose clothing 👚, keep in the shade 🕶 and of course carry your water bottle with you at all times💧
