Have you remembered your sunscreen?☀️
Now that spring is in full swing the UV index is climbing up. Always make sure you avoid the sun at its peak from 10am - 3pm and wear sun lotion and sunnies 😎 Be sure to look out for changes to your moles such as a change in size, shape and colour and whether they are itchy or bleeding. If so, be sure to pop in and see your local doctor for a full skin check.
