Beach Barbie? 🏖

This Australia Day don’t get struck down with food poisoning and follow some simple tips to help keep you and your belly happy.

Be sure to cook your meat thoroughly until it’s piping hot with clear juices. If you like your meat rare, cook the outside of the meat well so that any bacteria can be killed off. 🍗

One of the commonest reasons of food poisoning is cross contamination from raw meat to cooked meat. Store your raw meat separately from your cooked meat and use different utensils when dealing with either.

For those cold salads and dips don’t leave them in the sun for more than two hours.

If you do have symptoms of a tummy ache such as diarrhoea or vomiting drink plenty of water, rest up and see your local family doctor.

Wishing you all a happy Australia Day.🇦🇺 Take care and stay healthy 😘

Sooo cute 💖 Did you know that this Aussie icon can leap up to 30 feet?

We can learn a lot from these beautiful creatures, known for their strength, speed and most importantly from their lean diet and frequent exercise.

Not just that, but they hold the Aussie trait for sticking up for yourself and not backing down.

So let’s take a leaf out of our bouncy best friends and get fit for summer today.

Take care and stay healthy x
