What are your beach side rituals? 🏖️ Each time I go to the beach I always take 10 deep breaths. Not only does it allow me to fully expand my lungs with oxygen and the other great elements that sea air has to offer such as iodine and magnesium, but it also gives allows me to relax and unwind.
We’re so lucky to have such great amenities in Australia, so when you’re at the beach next time, why not give it a try.
Don’t carry last years baggage into the new year 🛍
With the new year in full swing it’s time to declutter your bag. We’re all guilty of stowing away papers, receipts, tissues, pens, lipsticks💄But when was the last time you had a good clean out?
By going through your purse and removing non-essential items you can not only organise your bag, but also declutter your mind. So that next time you’re looking for your keys they’ll come up straight away.
