As the festive season approaches, it’s usually a time of happiness and joy. However, for others it can be a time of stress, anxiety or loneliness. So look out for any friends and family in need so they too can join in the Christmas cheer.
There’s a lot of support and help out there from online and phone counselling services, to volunteering in a local shelter. Just remember that it’s always important to keep keep a healthy lifestyle including, eating and drinking in moderation to continuing regular exercise.
