Summer Dreaming ☀️ With autumn settling in, long summer nights are soon to be replaced with rain and summer holiday getaways are soon to be forgotten with the cooler climates.
This can, for a number of Australians lead to a condition known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), whereby, some people experience symptoms of low mood, lack of energy, sleeping excessively or feeling tired all the time.
If you or someone you know are affected, help is out there in the form of light therapy, psychological therapies or in other cases medication. For more information be sure to pop by for a consult.
We may be coming into winter but that doesn’t mean you should stop looking after your skin.
In fact during these cooler climates it’s important to pay more attention to your skin as it may dry and crack. Regularly moisturise to keep your skin supple and hydrated and don’t forget the sun block for days when the UV index is 3 or higher. And of course, great skin comes from within so make sure you keep yourself well hydrated with plenty of water.
