I love eating healthy and I truly believe that healthy eating leads to a healthy mind.
Today I’m having a salmon and avocado salad. Salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty oils which is fantastic for the brain, mood and vision. It’s also high in protein and loaded with other essential minerals. Avocado is also full to the brim with healthy fats and vitamins. These are all essential for a healthy heart and general wellbeing.
Lunch doesn’t have to be fancy, just chop up a few bits and pieces and bon appétit 👌

Don’t be like Ken. Ken skipped breakfast this morning 🤦♂️ Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It kicks starts your metabolism after the overnight fast and replaces your energy stores to help get you going for the day ahead.
By having a healthy breakfast which could include whole grain cereals, porridge and fresh fruit or boiled eggs, you ensure that your getting beneficial nutrients. Having breakfast regularly also helps to stabilise your blood sugar levels and improve your memory and concentration so that when lunchtime hits, you’re not struggling like our mate Ken.
