By stretching your muscles daily you increase your flexibility and range of movement in joints which can help improve blood circulation and posture. Not to mention stretching also helps alleviates muscle tension throughout the body.

So go on, take a quick break and stretch those muscles.

It’s Exercise Right Week!

Exercise has many beneficial impacts on the body from overall health and well being to the prevention of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.

It’s so common to hear ‘I don’t have time for exercise’ but it doesn’t have to start with anything strenuous!

There are many exercises you can do at work, such as going for regular walks, stretching out your arms and legs and eating your lunch away from your desk. Research has shown that with 30 minutes of exercise or activity on most days of the week, the risk of chronic health problems are reduced.
