‘I don’t have time for exercise’ 🏋️♀️ Is something I hear all the time but what about a short walk around the block. Or, if it’s safe, parking further away from work?
These small changes can make a big difference to your life and help get you fit for summer.
I keep badminton rackets and a football in my car and stop off at a park on the way home to play. Not only does it help get my heart pumping but it’s a great way to de-stress after a long day at work.

Glad to be back at work to see my lovely patients.
How do you start your day?
Before getting to work I make sure I do some exercise in the morning, from a simple jog around the block to gentle weight training followed by brekkie. That way I know I’ve started my day right!
