‘I don’t have time for exercise’ 🏋️♀️ Is something I hear all the time but what about a short walk around the block. Or, if it’s safe, parking further away from work?
These small changes can make a big difference to your life and help get you fit for summer.
I keep badminton rackets and a football in my car and stop off at a park on the way home to play. Not only does it help get my heart pumping but it’s a great way to de-stress after a long day at work.
Remember to always seek the advice of your medical doctor before going on any exercise plans. As always, if you have any questions feel free to pop by and see me in clinic.
It’s great to finally have a long weekend☀️What are you guys up to?
Hope you’re enjoying it and as for my medical tip for the day if you’re headed outdoors don’t forget to stay sun safe with regular sun lotion at least spf 30 and put on a hat and sunnies 👙😎 Take care and stay healthy 😊
Researchers have found that a visit to the sea has been shown to have a calming effect on the mind and body. The fresh air is free of pollution helping to keep our skin and lungs nice and healthy.
Remember to stay sun safe and always apply sun lotion at least spf 30 and keep out of the sun at its peak between 10am and 3pm ☀️ Hope you all have a relaxing weekend.
